Community Involvement

We love our local running community! It’s why we work hard to put on fun runs, training groups and races like the Big Run. We also try to support as many amazing local events as possible that are tied to good causes. We view sponsorship opportunities as a mutually beneficial partnership where we can provide financial or in-kind support to the event in exchange for various promotional opportunities and benefits.

We respectfully ask that you provide us with at least 60 days’ notice for all sponsorship requests. We do our best to respond quickly, but we receive many requests every week. In addition to submitting at least 60 days in advance of your event, please allow at least one business week for an initial response from us.

Directions and Hours:

• We cannot assist with personal fundraising goals in exchange for a race bib as we receive far too many of these requests than we can realistically support (e.g., charity support for a marathon race)
• We have a full schedule of race events that we organize for the year and currently are not able to organize new/additional races
• We have limited bandwidth in budget and staff to provide support for local races and will consider requests on a first come, first served basis
