Description: The 5k and 10k programs are both 8 weeks long. You will progressively train, adding mileage from week to week, using a run/walk interval based approach.
Sunday mornings training runs include coaching workshops. Tuesday morning training runs are an opportunity for you to do your weekly homework with coaching support.
