Triathlon Training Program

The Spring 2024 Triathlon Training Program is a 10-week program that meets two to three times a week designed to prepare athletes for their first-ever triathlon or to help seasoned triathletes meet a new performance goal. This program will educate participants on triathlon training principles, hydration and nutrition techniques, body awareness, swimming, cycling, and running autonomy. This Spring 2024 season will be geared towards Trizou for MS and The Great Escape triathlon races. The races both have a Sprint and Super Sprint options. However, our Coaches can help you train for any Spring race you choose!
