That’s changed over the years thanks to the growth of Flight Club, the mass sales on eBay, and a bunch of other reasons, but things really reached mainstream news when Dan Gilbert, owner of the Cleveland Cavaliers, financially committed to Campless, a sneaker reselling data hub run by Josh Luber. Luber took his knowledge of the game to the famed TED Talks platform by comparing the Kids Burton Grom Boa Snowboard Boots “Black/Cement” to the iPhone in terms of what those products did for their respective brands.
