Nearly one year after being officially appointed as Creative Director for the brand’s Made In USA division, Teddy Santis and New Balance are ready to bring their ideas to the retail. Strategically categorizing the product in three ways — elevated legacy, uniform staple, and quickstrike — New Balance and its appointed leader look to re-establish Made In USA through thoughtfully derived product that keeps to the concrete DNA of the brand while introducing fresh concepts.

Leading the access for this new era is a debut collection of Made In USA footwear that acts as somewhat of a palette cleanser. In celebration of the 40th Anniversary of the 990v1 running model, Santis places an unmistakable mix of hairy grey suede, vintage grey mesh, and tan suede accents around the 990v1, 990v2, and 990v3. Each version features touches of aged cream yellow on the midsole. All three will begin to release at select retailers beginning on April 28th starting at $199.99.
