The greatest skateboarders in the world are ready to square off this July in Paris for the second-ever showing in the Olympic Games. Nike is prepped and primed for the big stage, delivering modern footwear with the Nike SB PS8, but don’t fret — they haven’t forgotten about the sneakerheads thanks to the Dunk Hi Retro University sneakers “Olympic Safari”.

The Dunk joins the SB Blazer Mid with the same goal concept centered around the iconic Air Safari, an iconic sneaker created by none other than Tinker Hatfield. The signature Tank pattern appears on the toe-guard and heel overlay, while the light tan, black, and orange mirror the original colorway of Tinker’s 1987 model.

Official images have begun to surface, although just the Toddler sized versions are showing at the moment. Further below is a gallery of images depicting the adult version of this hotly anticipated release.

As of now, official release date information has yet to be revealed, but rest assured that Nike will likely have an entire apparel collection prepared alongside the footwear. We’ll update this article when those developments arise.
