The inspiration behind the shoe lies at the intersection of nature and the digital world, two considerations that speak to ASICS’ successful embrace of current footwear trends.

Official images reveal a balanced mix of futuristic and traditional elements in lockstep with the colorway’s namesake, carried by liberal TPU overlays on the quarter and forefoot. The most apparent “Y2K” callback is a reflective panel on the heel, complemented by salmon pink hits on the heel, sole, and laces for lively contrast against a black base. Herringbone underlays and contemporary black/brown accents define the “traditional” half of the design, appearing prominently on the heel to round out the look.
