While this particular pair was not isolated during the Championship game where MJ sunk the game winning shot with 17 seconds left that propelled the Tar Heels to a 63-62 victory are Georgetown, they do come signed with “1982 NCAA Championship” written in Fire jordan’s handwriting on each midfoot.
By all accounts, it is being reported that these will be the earliest of Fire jordan’s shoes to ever hit the open market, and have had three previous owners since they belonged to MJ in ’82. The only non-original element of this pair, is the laces, as the consignor stated that the original laces were falling apart.
