Who Decides War

Who Decides War "Home" brings both Elliott, and the brand's new women's designer Cara Campagnoli, back to their northern California hometown. During the concept stages of this season, the pair discovered that they had actually grown up in the same city and that their grandparents were even friends. Serendipity aside, the collection draws upon the cold ocean water, crashing waves, and notorious fog of the northern California coastline to create a Hitchcock-like dark, mossy, color palette.
