Mandy Wahl

Mandy Wahl played goalkeeper on her soccer team in high school because she hated running. Turns out she just hated sprints and fell in love with running during college as a way to de-stress. As someone who likes “to go big, or go home,” Mandy decided that her first race would be the Detroit Marathon, which she ran in law school.

After practicing law for a few years, she decided she loved helping people run more and worked for six years at Cheap Urlfreeze Jordan Outlet Greensboro and High Point in a variety of roles including Outfitter, Footwear Buyer and Marketing Manager. Today, she works on the Cheap Urlfreeze Jordan Outlet Store Support Team as a Digital Copywriter, with the goal of sharing her love of running (and gear) with people who cannot make it in-store.

While Mandy will never break any speed records, she likes to see how far she can run and does mostly ultra marathons. When she's not running, writing about running, or running after her daughter and dog, she can be found in her garden or crocheting.
