The Nike Zoom Vomero 5 is a running sneaker first introduced in 2010 as an athletic sneaker under the “Bowerman Series.”

With all that now in the rear view, 2022 can be viewed as the true starting point for the modern Nike Zoom Vomero 5. It has transitioned into the Nike mainline in earnest since then, now a widely accessible and widely worn sneaker. However, some drops, like the Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “Chrome” become sell-out events. In 2024, the model is factoring heavily into the throwback side of Nike’s product strategy. New colorways continue to hit shelves each passing month.
