The New Balance WRPD Runner is one of the newer models out of New Balance, first unveiled to the public in 2023 at Paris Fashion Week, AURALEE handed the honor of debuting them. Combining a traditional mesh/suede Calzado with a fittingly “warped,” curvy sole, the model represents NB’s initiative to continue pushing their signature look into the future rather than solely relying on retro styles. In April, a release for that debut pair was finally announced, with the New Balance x New Balance 1300 Burn Orange Thegoodwillout dropping on the 18th. As a result, in 2024 the Warped Runner is expected to debut in a slew of new colorways as they celebrate their first full year under the New Balance banner.
