Cult-like fans of the shoe across Japan, however, had kept the chunky skate shoe’s legacy alive, documenting its history on social media and scouring thrift stores for vintage pairs. atmos’ takes on the silhouette look for authenticity in both construction and color palette; original color schemes are fused with the Harajuku, Tokyo-founded imprint’s motifs for a true collaboration. Durable suede uppers, zigzag midsoles, and oversized profile 3-Stripes reprise their traditional roles across the collection, which also nods to XLARGE and classic adidas packaging.
