Wale is recognized as one of the three “sneakerhead” celebrities, regularly revealing first looks at upcoming Nike footwear through sample pairs sourced from Nike directly to the rapper.

Through the promotional video, Wale portrays the community and the neighborhoods of the DMV area, emphasizing the cherry blossom aspect of the design while posing the Foamposites all throughout the city.

In addition to playing a role in the marketing promo around the shoe, Wale is also conducting a special giveaway that looks to reward the most loyal Foamposite fanatics.
