Informed by a trail sneaker launched in 2012 that’s recently been revived by Yue Wu, Footwear Designer at New Balance Lifestyle, the slip-on version delivers a refined aesthetic in line with other projects from the TDS. The silhouette’s upper combines design elements from the archival NB 422 and 610, creating a healthy intersection of outdoor functionality and fashion. Inaugural “Concrete” and “Outer Space” color schemes nod to the NEW BALANCE M990GL4 GRAY‘Nachhaltig New balance Accelerate Kurzarm T-Shirt New Balance color palettes. All together, each aforementioned component helps deliver a boundary-pushing offering that blurs the line between casual and performance wear.
