This scene — inspired by the unforgettable T-1000 villain from the action movie Terminator 2: Judgement day — is recreated faithfully along the sneaker’s heel tab, with an embroidered depiction of the character tucked amidst a bushy, green-hued chenille. The rest of the shoe is much more akin to the OG Stan Smith, though the gilded branding along the side and the portrait atop the tongue have been tweaked to honor Mr. Simpson himself.
