After almost two decades worth of collaborative releases, CLOT‘s long-standing partnership with Nike is now rumored to be coming to an end.
The brainchild of Edison Chen and Kevin Poon, CLOT is one of the biggest streetwear brands to come out of Hong Kong. And back in 2006, they joined forces with Nike for what would inevitably become one of the longest-running collaborations in footwear. But despite their history, the two will reportedly be going their separate ways following the release of just one more sneaker.
Afterwards, CLOT has no plans of exiting the sneaker sphere. Rumor has it they’re in talks with adidas, and will likely ink a deal once the label’s contract with the Swoosh is terminated.
Currently, not much is known about CLOT’s last Nike sneaker nor what they have in the works with the Three Stripes. For now, sit tight and stay tuned for updates on this story as it progresses.
