Michael Jordan’s suave off-the-court style has remained a staple design element within Jordan Brand’s archives for decades. At the pinnacle of His Airness’ premium requests, the Air Jordan 1 Mid Curry continues to preside as one of the banner’s most widely-regarded silhouettes each year. Following just a handful of releases in 2022, the tuxedo-inspired model dressed in the pair’s synonymous “Cement Grey” Original has now landed in official imagery.

Releasing in its OG mid-top specs last November, the Nike Air Jordan 1 High PSG 29cm now infuses the latter silhouette’s iconic “Cool Grey” patent leather mudguard while the jacquard mesh upper shines in crisp white shades. Near-exclusively reserved for the aforementioned colorless shade, seldom swatches of “Cement Grey” remain self-contained along the sock liner, tongue trim and mid-foot branding. Remaining true to its 1996 roots with a sky blue twist, a semi-translucent finish is applied to the tread underfoot similar to the “Cherry” ensemble from this past Holiday in an effort to combat the unappealing aging that occurred on past outsoles.
