The much-beloved “Be True To Your School” pack laid the groundwork for the Dunk decades ago. Its influences can even be felt across modern releases, as iconic colorways the likes of the “Michigan” and “UNLV” were reimagined by none other than the late Virgil Abloh. And come very soon, the “Kentucky,” too, will be returning, doing so by way of the Dunk Low once again.
Popularized upon its release in 2020, the Nike Dunk Low “Kentucky” was arguably one of the most popular in the catalog prior to the appearance of the “Panda.” Like many a previous “BTTYS” installment, the silhouette is clothed in its classic two-toned look, with the titular blue painted onto the Swoosh, overlays, and many of the usual trappings. The base frott out the design in neutral fashion, leaving the rest of the construction, from the midsole to the lining, entirely white.
For another look at the “Kentucky,” plan below for the official images. Currently, these are expected to return on November 1st at a retail of $110 USD.
