Kyrie Irving hasn’t had the most conventional 2021-22 NBA season. And with his Brooklyn Nets currently sitting in eighth place in the Eastern Conference, he might enter the off-season earlier than he has in previous years. Regardless of what happens on the court, however, the 29-year-old continues to tease his Nike Kyrie Infinity in new colorways.

The design inspiration behind the latest – which boasts shades of blue and rich gold – hasn’t been revealed, but the left shoe’s tongue features a pair-specific emblem that gives some insight as to what informed the Kyrie Infinity’s upcoming colorway. A single embroidered line creates two opposite-facing arrows, giving way to the “Future Past” moniker given to the style. No more nods to time appear elsewhere on the shoe, though inner-lining and tread further indulge in the vibrant tones that animate the upper.
