Jovani Hernandez First teased in June 2021, the Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT London Retro High OG “Jordan 12 OG Cherry 1997” is set to launch in the first quarter of the new year. Before heading to retailers in the U.S.A., however, the pair is releasing in the United Kingdom and Europe on January 22nd.
At quick glance, the upcoming sneakers deliver a modified version of the model’s inaugural “Royal Blue” colorway from 1985, but closer inspection reveals enough changes to give the pair its own identity. Synthetic leather covers the for of the upper, with panels peeking out at the toe box, mid-foot and collar areas boasting a pitch-“Black” arrangement. Overlays found at these off locations, then, indulge in the Jordan 1 Zoom CMFT London‘s titular “Jordan 12 OG Cherry 1997” hue; tongue labels and Nike Dunk-reminiscent outsoles underfoot follow suit.
