Other than the fact that each take holds close ties to significant branding of the multi-sport events, the utilization of this silhouette makes complete sense as Christian Tresser – the original designer of the sneaker – drew heavy inspiration from Japanese bullet trains which eventually resulted in the wavy upper construction we’ve all come to know and admire today.
Included in the pack will be black, red, green, blue, and yellow offerings, all of which feature striped tongue tabs arranged with the same hues of the aforementioned emblem.
