Nike wmns air force 1 07 lux af1 inside out vandalized women shoes 898889-014 | Nike’s New ‘Dream Crazier’ Ad To Air During Oscars

nike women dream crazy ad lead

The Oscars are all about powerful speeches, and tonight Nike has prepared one about ninety seconds long. Tonight, the Swoosh will televise its continuation of its Dream Crazy campaign with ‘Dream Crazier’, starring a powerful roster of barrier-breaking female athletes across all sports. This new spot specifically draws attention to the intense emotions that run through sport and the unfair and dichotomous response given to men and women; One side can be deemed passionate or driven, the other as dramatic or delusional, and this imbalance is just one of many inequalities that exist between the two genders in the same sport.

Nike continues to use its global platform to send its message and take a stand for issues greater than sport. As seen in last Fall’s ‘Just Do It’ ad with Colin Kaepernick, the Swoosh emblem sided with the outcasted QB in one of the most heated and divisive issues of the modern era.

‘Dream Crazier’ will air during the 91st Academy Awards, but you can watch here ahead of tonight’s events. Serena Williams, who narrates the ad, is also scheduled to be a on-stage presenter.
