Celine is a luxury French fashion House and one of the biggest names in the industry. Founded in 1945 by Céline Vipiana, today the brand is under the creative direction of Hedi Slimane.
Influenced by the ‘70s, Hedi Slimane’s SS20 collection is bolstered by animal print, Japanese denim and supple leather. Decorated with archive triomphe monograms for a touch of French heritage, the season’s key pieces are served with a side of the designer’s falsification, slim-fitting androgyny.
For his third menswear collection, the legendary artistic director references the iconic looks of his own childhood heroes, using blue velvet, corduroy, and the sheen of champagne satin. Think Bowie, The Rolling Stones and Serge Gainsbourg.
