The Saucony AFEW x Shadow 5000 saw minor tweaks to the upper to make it fit more comfortably. Designers changed the lacing system, giving you a better midfoot lockdown by using an additional midfoot loop called the gilley system. They also updated the tongue, going from fully gusseted to semi gusseted and made other modifications to the upper to make it more breathable.

I love everything about them except they squeak. Not sure how to fix that.
Love love love Stride 16
I had my stride evaluated and feet measured and the Stride 16 was recommended. Love the shoe. Bought it in grey at the store and then bought a black pair online. The toe box is roomy and the shoe fits like a glove. When I walk there is just Green squish to soften the pounce of pavement and hard floors. Love the Ride 16. This was my first pair since grade school some 40 years ago.
Fit is fine only 2 colors in wide
Lift cushion and width options are great. A couple more color options in wide width would make this shoe a five.

So far seem to be great shoes! I had been wearing Brooks but these feel pretty good as well!
