They updated their stability mechanism by changing the platform to make the base wider and extend the sidewalls higher, while an asymmetric profile helps guide your stride. They also lowered the heel-to-toe drop from 8 mm to 6 mm to give you smoother transitions and more stability.

The new Saucony Shadow 6000 Women's offers excellent stability and cushioning - features that are hard to find in one shoe but Saucony has achieved this. I have high floating arches in both feet and bursitis in one knee. This shoe is the perfect shoe for me!
