Great shoe for speed work. Springy snappy feels very fast with the carbon plate without being race shoe expensive. I went a half size up and am happy I did as it is not a loose-fitting shoe. Starts to lose comfort after the 10k mark so would keep it to shorter runs. This shoe has been a welcome addition to my rotation!
