Constructed with the premium quality for which the New England-based institution has been known, a breathable mesh sets the stage for pig suede and smooth leather overlays across the upper. Branding on the profiles and upper heel panels take on a rich green tone that deviates from the mostly-light brown look Santis chose for his next New Balance project. Different components around the heel further diversify the sneaker’s color palette and choice in materials, while the sole unit underfoot opts for a tried-and-proven combination that first graced concrete sidewalks and running trails in 1982.
